The Sand Bar

This summer project was comprised of framing, door installation, window installation, drywall hanging, drywall finishing & painting, & siding with a later addition of a concrete block retaining wall.

Residential Electric Fireplace Instal

Perfect upgrade to this home! The project entailed framing and finishing with wood mantel and installation of TV and fireplace unti provided by the customer.

The Sand Lot 32X30

This weekend project was built to support crowds of people with additional braces, a step up and a small retaining wall to help with the grade and water run off.

Niagara Home Update

Small changes can make a big impact. With this project we removed a garage door, reframed, installed a window, new door, siding and insullation. Perfect workshop area for this client.

This 32 foot by 16 foot pergola was a fun one! With a clear roof and timber construction it is a statement. Additional perlins added to accomodate a snow load appropriate for us Northerners.
